Gabby “GG” Garbarini, originally from South Florida, began her dance training early in life at Boca Ballet Theater and later at Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. With a strong foundation and passion for ballet, she expanded her horizons and continued her education at the University of Oklahoma, receiving a BFA in Modern Dance Performance in May of 2026. Throughout college Gabby further developed her training in Modern dance techniques including but not limited to Horton, Graham, Limón, and Cunningham. Her experience there has strengthened her understanding of dance as an art form, and allowed her to develop a connection between mind and body. Gabby is excited to keep exploring movement back in her home state, joining Jacksonville Dance Theater this season for her professional debut!
