“Shape/Shift 2025 was excellent because the teaching, atmosphere, and care from instructors was excellent all around! I appreciated the educational approach most of the instructors brought into their teaching. It is important to be taught about dance as well as how to dance. I enjoyed dancing with friends and making new friends. It made the classes more enjoyable and comfortable. Each instructor was intentional and kind, and I felt cared for as a dancer and person.”

“Every day I felt like I learned and discovered something new about myself as a human and dancer.”
